This tool creates an image-based PDF. Text in photos or scans will not become searchable or selectable. Images are encoded as high-quality JPG, with a maximum of 4,096 pixels per side. Review the PDF before sharing or printing.
Use up to 20 images, 20 MB each and 100 MB per batch. Download your PDF before leaving or refreshing this page. Already have a PDF? Use Merge PDF to combine documents or Split PDF to extract pages.
Turn photos and scans into an ordered document
Combine certificate scans, receipts or photographed notes into one PDF. Each image becomes a page, with controls for page order, orientation, paper size and margins.
Choose A4 or US Letter for a consistent paper format, or fit each page to its image. The image stays in proportion, and transparent areas become white in the PDF.

How to use this tool
- Select the images and arrange them in document order.
- Choose the page size, orientation and margins.
- Create the PDF, download it and check every page at a readable zoom.
A practical example
Two images create two PDF pages. A4 or US Letter fits each image within the page and margins; choosing image-sized pages follows the source dimensions.
Before you finish
The result contains images, not OCR text. Transparent areas become white. For a selectable-text resume, export a PDF from your document editor instead.
