Find the exact limit and format
Look for the maximum file size, accepted formats and any required dimensions. WORDMIO uses decimal units, so 100 KB means 100,000 bytes. If the limit is strict, aim a little under it, for example 90 KB for a 100 KB cap.
Compress to a target size
Open Compress image, add your JPG, PNG or WebP file and enter the size in KB or MB. Process the image and read the actual output size shown. Use Compare to check detail such as faces or small text before downloading.
JPG usually reaches small sizes best for photographs. PNG keeps sharp edges but can be harder to shrink. Transparent areas become white if you choose JPG.
If it is still too large
A very small limit may not be reachable without losing useful detail. Try Resize image to lower the pixel dimensions first, then compress again. Resize keeps proportions and never enlarges a small original.
For several images at once, Image Studio applies the same settings to a batch and downloads a ZIP.
Your files stay on your device
Processing runs in your browser, so you do not need an account. Always open the downloaded file and check it before submitting. A passing size check does not guarantee that a website will accept it.
